How can I market promote my real estate website?
I am a self employed real estate broker in the Bay Area. I have had a very nice website for the last two years. I would like to increase visitors: My target market is people who are looking at buying property in the Bay Area. Is there anyway I can market this website through goolge or yahoo search terms, or any other online marketing tool.
My website is:
www.ruizgroup.com
Look http://www.paidtoclick.in and advertise your website there.
I found it through an article that specifically listed as a good website that sells high quality traffic. I purchased 50000 visitors to my website, and noticed the difference before I even checked my logs! I am so glad that I finally found a way to market my website that can be done quickly. I know I’ve found a working method!
I just wanted to say how impressed I was with there service. My campaigns were set up promptly and delivered as promised. I was impressed with the results as well. I purchased traffic for two of my websites and I received over 21450 signups for the first website and over 31030 signups for the second. (That’s less than $0.001 a lead! Try finding that elsewhere!).
There advertising works great. I’m using a direct landing page for my campaign and have been tracking every ad. A very high amount of visitors have been browsing my site and my conversion rates have gone up..
Ever since I began advertising with Quality Traffic Supply, my sales have greatly increased. Since I now have a steady source of traffic which is targeted to my content, I now get a good return on investment. There traffic has worked wonders for me. Every $1 I spend there I bring in another $30!

And exchange ads with other sites is a very good way, and it’s free.

Dear Mark:
I saw your site, it’s nice
I think that you have to use all the resources you can get for FREE or with low cost
One of the best Classified Ads sites to target into the US market, is that I put in the source box
I have many other I can send you if you send me an e-mail asking more info.
Traffic Exchanges, in my experience, has a low rate conversion for Real estate markets.
I agree with TopSavin and Mrs Womack remarks too
Have a nice day
Alberto

I say you throw some good ole SEO into the sucker. What will help your site out a lot would be to change your index page into a more keyword rich title for starters. Unless you’re famous, your name won’t mean much to the search engines and it won’t be searched for.
I suggest a good meta title like "Redwood Shores, CA Real Estate" and from there create a good description with those keywords as well as your meta keywords added.
There is a lot that could be written, but I think that might be a good first step. Also make sure you are listed in the Google local listings, it’s free and can help people find your business during a search for your regional listings.
I am sorry, had to add one more thing, the design I think could use some work. It just isn’t that appealing in my opinion, but of course this is an opinion. Hope I was able to help. Cheers.

Do you feel the housing crisis is over and we have entered a post boom realty marketplace? I feel the economy requirements to fully recover just before we have enough men and women confident enought to buy new homes. In this marketplace its challenging to make a long term investment and burden oneself with more debt with as a lot uncertainty is in the air.

The best thing to do with this economy is have a plan to pay debt within a time frame other than the choices given by mortgage companies. For instance, instead of paying the mtg off in 30 yrs, get a thirty yr mortgage and plan to pay it off in 10 yrs. Purchase something that serves your needs rather than your vanity. Keeping those two things in mind will help you stay out of financial trouble.

Do you know how I could get rid of my timeshare? I tried several brokers, but didn’t get any offers.

Use craigslist – include photo’s of your property – use a phone number for interested parties – don’t answer email inquiries. Usually, craigslist marketers will reply to you, then when you answer back, they have your real email. Now you have a spam problem.

The bank charges around 12% interest rate. They bring down the interest rate a little bit as compared to what they would have charged otherwise. Most importantly, they are making a loan which they would not have made otherwise. What we have also seen is that once one large bank starts lending others follow suit. With the current MFI after they got the loan through a guarantee, four more banks approved loans shortly thereafter and four more are in the pipeline. So overall the impact is even bigger.for student loans
