This is a really CRUMMY time to break into real estate – have you been watching the news on the economy and the housing industry? If you have the stomach for it ANY of the medical tech jobs – x-ray tech, imaging, lab tech, can be learned without spending years in school and probably much of it on line. The jobs are always in HIGH demand, the hours can be REAL flexible and the income will be a lot more predictable than hoping you will be able to push a house in the current market. Good luck!

A good local agent could give you the scoop. A lot of the instruction can be done on line. Is just a three month program here dependent on your prior education. Passing the test is not hard if you applied yourself. This is like running your own business. You have to pay for the school, the liscence, your advertising, gas, etc, etc. You need a couple of thousand to get started to pay for everything. After liscensing there are more courses required at intervals. A good agency will not charge you up front to represent them but will require you to put in office time and you split everything you earn with them. Evenings, weekends, holidays are usually taken up. You have to be available. Not a good part time job. Only the hard skinned go getters are doing well in this market. Don’t let HGTV influence – that is not reality TV.

My fiance is real estate agent a hates it. Yes, it is flexible. You will be very flexible making no money. It is a feast or famine proposition. You can go months and months with no income. None. Most places don’t pay a salary you know. Look for something else.

Good post. I learn one thing tougher on completely different blogs everyday. It is going to at all times be stimulating to read content from other writers and observe a bit something from their store. I’d choose to use some with the content material on my weblog whether you don’t mind. Natually I’ll offer you a link in your internet blog. Thanks for sharing.

When I originally commented I clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get four emails with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove me from that service? Thanks!
