Can I get out of my contract with my realtor?
We have had our house on the market for almost 6 months and have only had about four showings. Those were due to my own personal marketing. Our realtor is HORRIBLE and lazy and will not do anything I ask him to do, like change little things on the website. We are stuck with him until July and I cannot do it any longer…can I get out of a contract with him or will there be penalties?
I am sorry about your issue…all I can suggest (sorry it’s not much) is to contact HIS Broker. He has someone to answer to. Also try the organization for realtors. (Sorry I can’t remember the name exactly, but google it). But my best advice is to talk to HIS broker!!!
Good luck!
One more thing, maybe you can get a new realtor involved, and explain the situation, see if they have any suggestiongs and the incentive is they get your business.

Read your contract, it will tell you the provisions to get out of your contract.
Not to make excuses for your Realtor, but I have a friend that uses a webmaster that charges $75 per hour for website changes with a one hour minimum. Although she tries to limit website changes to once or twice a month, they do get done eventually.
If your house isn’t getting shown, your price is probably too high. This also might explain your Realtor’s attitude toward the home, the price is too high, so why bother?
Or you may be right, he is horrible. There are too many good Realtors out there to put up with a bad one.

If its an agent working for a broker, contact the broker and express your concerns and ask to be let out of the contract. If they hesitate, tell them you will have to contact the licensing board with your complaints if they do not release you from the contract. then get it in writing. If they want to remain eligible for a commission for the full term of the contract for anyone that has seen the property so far, I’d go ahead and agree to that if you don’t think its likely anyone will be calling back for a second showing so far

How do I find products to market for others without paying to join an affiliate marketing program? I want to begin doing affiliate marketing as I have learned a lot about how to do it but nothing has told me how to find the products.

hey there great little blogging site ya got there
I apply the same exact design template on my own yet for whatever silly reason why it looks to reload more quickly on this website although your own consists of considerably more multimedia. Are you implementing any plugins or widgets which quicken it up? If you could show the programs so that I can use these on my own web page so twilight breaking dawn users could watch twilight breaking dawn online trailers and films more quickly I’d personally be thankful – thank you in advance

Hi Melanie – go to Clickbank.com and join as a marketer. There are a plethora of products you can market without paying for the product. You will of course pay for any marketing costs. Clickbank is a great marketplace for digital, membership, and shipped products.
Hi Twilight Eclipse – I have over 20 plugins working but I got this theme from wpdirect.com – it was uploaded to my server from the membership they offer and I suspect they have cleaned it up. You might check out the membership they offer to bloggers.

hi i posted a question quite some time back relating to just how to speed up my twilight eclipse site’s load time because we employed the same theme back then and someone left a comment answering it on my webpage a couple of days ago – if that was you I simply wanted to say hi and thanks, and if it wasn’t you then i am sorry to bother you, but thanks nonetheless!
